Maintenance emergencies include:
Major water leaks/flooding, major electrical problem, no heat in winter months, gas leaks, sewer backup, major water leak which could cause ceiling to collapse
All emergencies should be reported by phone as soon as possible. Do not use the on-line form for emergencies.
For after-hours maintenance emergencies (4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, weekends and statutory holidays) please call (do not text) 519-242-0905.
For maintenance emergencies during regular work hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays) please call (do not text) your building Superintendent as soon as possible. Their phone number is posted in your building lobby and on the Contact Us page of the website.
Urgent Maintenance issues include: clogged drains, dripping taps, appliances not working.

Routine Maintenance includes: bathroom fan repairs, closet door repairs, damaged window and patio door screens, drywall repairs

Maintenance Request Forms
Maintenance Work Request forms are available in the lobby of your building.
Fill out the form then slide it under the maintenance room door on the first floor of your building. Completed forms should be submitted as follows:
- 340, 355, 360 Linden: drop them off at the Superintendent’s Office on the 3rd floor of your building (mail slot provided)
- 365 Linden: slide them under the maintenance room door
- King St: drop them in the secure black box in the back entrance vestibule or in the mail slot of the Manager-Tenant Services office
